Welcome to Inner.pk. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using our website

You must be at least 18 to place an order. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you. Please give accurate information when you order, and do not misuse the website, try to break into it or copy its content.

Products and descriptions

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in fabric, print or measurements can happen. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) Prices and discounts can change at any time without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we notice a pricing error after you order, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm it once we accept it, which may include a call or WhatsApp message to verify your details. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment must be made through the methods shown at checkout. [For cash on delivery, payment is due when the parcel arrives. Repeated refusal of cash on delivery orders may lead us to stop accepting your orders.]

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Delivery & Returns page forms part of these terms. Because innerwear is a hygiene product, returns are limited as explained there.

Discounts and promotions

Promotions and discount codes are valid for the period stated and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw an offer at any time.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including our logo, product photos, text and designs, belongs to Inner.pk or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or republish it without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the website running smoothly and our products to a high standard, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inner.pk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
